First established in 1857, the Bowenville Hotel has long been a gathering place for locals, travellers and anyone passing through the Darling Downs.

A NEW CHAPTER

Under new ownership since July 2025, the Bowenville Hotel is entering a new era that holds onto the charm and warmth people know while bringing in some exciting updates. A key part of this next chapter is the kitchen. We have a new chef on the team, bringing fresh attention to the classics and introducing new dishes that raise the bar while keeping things familiar and comforting.

Alongside the menu evolution, improvements to the venue continue, with a beer garden, family playground and onsite accommodation planned for 2026. The goal is simple: create a community space that feels inviting for everyone and is genuinely enjoyable to spend time in.

BAR & DINING
